I've not had my stand out of the box yet because it got here so much faster than my wheel - so this review is about the service. The staff at Wheelstandpro.us turned out to be really helpful people with great communications skills. The product itself is just amazing. If you are looking for something that will hold your wheel and accessories solid, this is an awesome choice. The product is crafted very well, and everything is very simple to adjust making it a dream for people who need to move their wheels constantly. Being able to (in less than 5 minutes) set up or take down the wheel is amazing. My only concern was the lack of any "guide or instructions" aside from the videos on their youtube page, which didn't seem to have a clear start to finish for my specific build, and I had to watch 3 different videos many times over to fully get it. Overall I am not going to let some directions take away from my review of the product itself as it still deserves 5 stars, it was just the lack of information with the product that was the negative experience.
